What Does the following MRI Result Indicate? 

My mri shows an intraventicular is present in right lateral ventricle frontal horn and body ,measuring21*13*25 mm.anintraventicular,tumor probable a meningioma or choroid plexus papilloma is differential diagnosis.Mild dilation of ipsilateral lateral ventricle is present. Would you please help me i am male and 67 years old .

Hello,

* The MRI report is suggestive of definite pathology, needs to be differentiated with various means as

- history of symptoms which may suggest a compressive or obliterative pattern of blockage

- physical examination to evaluate range of flexion, extension and rotational movements

- biopsy of the lesion (CT guided) for pathological nature evaluation and confirmation of clinical precision diagnosis
